A few weeks ago, a long stretch of temporary fencing with my butterfly illustrations plastered all over went up around a private site in Stratford-upon-Avon. The site is dedicated to creating a new natural flower meadow with planting for bees, butterflies, and countless other struggling creatures.
Stuart Perry, a freelance garden designer and project manager, got in touch and asked whether I would like to have my butterfly illustrations printed on the temporary fencing for such a great cause - and I jumped at the chance! Needless to say, I am passionate about the environment, so I was happy to contribute to this inspiring biodiversity project, helping our pollinators.
You may have already seen these butterfly illustrations from my British Butterflies print and Peacock Butterfly card.
I am so honoured to be asked, and I hope for another opportunity to support similar fantastic projects that align with my values!
