How do you ensure my order is safe while posting?
To ensure the safe delivery, I pack your order / commission in a padded envelope, hard backed envelope, or sturdy box.
My order has arrived damaged! What do I do?
Please contact me as soon as your order / commission arrives damaged. I will arrange to have it returned and depending on the situation, I will either repair/ replace or fully refund if it can’t be solved.
Although, it is highly unlikely because they will be well packaged.
I don’t have a PayPal account!
No worries. As you reach a page after the checkout, you will see a box at the bottom where you can pay with your debit or credit card as a PayPal guest.
I am not satisfied with my purchase. Can I refund it?
Yes, you can. You will need to notify me by email and return them with an original packaging- not damaged or alternated – within 10 days. As the returned order arrives at the studio, please allow up to 48 hours for refunds to process. If you fail to do so, you will not get a refund. Please note that any commissioned artwork can’t be returned and refunded.
I really like one of your artwork but it is not in your online shop. Are they not on sale?
They are either sold or not intended to be for sale. Check my online shop again, there may be some prints of this certain artwork. If not, do not hesitate to get in touch and I will see what I can do!
I accept commissions if you’d like me to create the similar artwork you liked.
What is a commission?
Commissioning me means you get a unique piece of art with your very own desired look. You will need to find an image and think about modifications if there are any, I will paint whatever you have in your mind.
Where do I start if I decide to commission you?
I am pleased that you’re considering of commissioning me!
Firstly, you’ll need to have a clear idea of what you want then email me your chosen image and size. If you’re having a hard time on that, email me for the chat and I am always happy to discuss ideas with you.
You don’t have to confirm the commission work until I send over a quote and if you’d like to go ahead, let me know and as your payment go through, I can start working on your commission in my next available slot.
I don’t like my commissioned artwork. Can I refund it?
Unfortunately, because of the nature of my work, I do not offer a returns service as your work is unique to you and by commission however I would appreciate very much if you email me with the feedback about your piece.
To reassure you, I’ve never had any complaints from my past commission clients and I’ve had a good feedback.
I need my order to arrive by a certain time!
Please contact me about that and we can discuss it to see if it is possible. I try everything in my power to meet your requirements. If not, you can commission me in the next year or in another time, I am able to advise you when is the next available slot to commission me.
I don’t want my commissioned piece to be advertised on your social media sites!
Don’t worry! I always check with clients beforehand. Just say so if you don’t want it to be advertised, I respect my client’s decision. I’d like to note that the files I upload are really small so they can’t be stolen easily.
How do I pay for the commission?
You will pay in two stages of payment, the first one before I start the work and upon the completion, the last payment needs to be made before I post it off to you. If you prefer to pay all in one go, that is totally fine.
You can pay through PayPal or bank transfer.
